Job Overview
Kerala Vision Broadband Limited (KVBL), Kerala's leading Internet Service Provider with over 1.2 million FTTH broadband connections and ranked 6th nationally among 1500+ ISPs, is seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor based in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of NOC renovation and interior MEP projects from start to finish. This includes managing contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, monitoring material supplies, and adhering to project timelines. Reviewing technical and architectural drawings, conducting regular site inspections, addressing execution challenges, coordinating testing processes, supervising snag rectification, and facilitating final handover are vital duties in this role.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Applicants should have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in building renovations, interior fit-outs, space planning, and MEP coordination. Familiarity with technical facilities such as call centers and data centers, along with hands-on expertise in contractor management and project execution, is essential.
Educational Qualifications
Eligible candidates should possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering, or hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electronics.
