Role Summary

The company is recruiting Medical Representatives (MRs) who are confident, well-presented, and enthusiastic. The role involves visiting hospitals and clinics, networking with doctors and healthcare professionals, promoting Cosma’s healthcare solutions, and generating business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits regularly to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare settings.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with doctors and hospital teams.
• Present and explain Cosma’s healthcare products and services.
• Develop new business opportunities through healthcare outreach.
• Meet assigned sales and business development goals.
• Perform consistent follow-ups with medical professionals and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support sales objectives.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily visits, follow-ups, and other activities.
• Gather and relay market feedback and insights to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Up to 1 year experience in medical representation, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor, confident and well-presented.
• Effective communicator with medical professionals.
• Readiness to travel for hospital and clinic engagements.
• Self-driven with a target-focused mindset.
• Experience in healthcare or pharma is beneficial but not mandatory.
