Role Overview
This position acts as the crucial intermediary between the company and healthcare professionals. The objective is to raise awareness and promote the use of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products through sales and marketing efforts, including field activities. The employee is responsible for promoting a specified portfolio of products to customers and key accounts in line with established guidelines, striving to achieve designated sales and marketing objectives with the resources and leadership provided by supervisors or managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales targets, performance, and achievements to track progress effectively.
- Build and maintain robust relationships by arranging meetings and events with doctors, pharmacists, hospital medical teams, and other customers to encourage prescribing, dispensing, or usage of Hikma products.
- Enhance product awareness through continuous education and sharing updated information with healthcare providers.
- Gather and maintain up-to-date data on healthcare professionals and institutions, while identifying new prospective customers to optimize customer databases.
- Ensure product availability, coverage of assigned territories, timely reporting, and provide market feedback, including competitor product monitoring.
- Assess the market performance of Hikma products using client feedback and other indicators to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and submit timely sales plans, reports, and feedback to supervisors or managers as required to ensure efficient territory management.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, regulations, and compliant conduct in all communications and activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience ranging from zero to two years in a related field.
