Job Overview
As a Mechanical Technician at Siemens Energy's Dammam Tooling Center, you will play a vital role in supporting the mechanical team to maintain and optimize the performance of equipment and systems. Your tasks will include installing, adjusting, repairing, and fabricating mechanical parts while performing rigorous quality checks to ensure all operations meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to devise and implement technical solutions for mechanical systems and devices.
- Install, calibrate, and repair components for mechanical equipment.
- Create and assemble new or modified mechanical parts for machinery.
- Execute quality assurance and control tests to verify operational integrity.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspections, inventory, and any discrepancies encountered.
- Assist with the management and readiness of tooling storage and operational processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Mechanical Diploma or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience working with various tooling types including standard, precision, and power tools.
- Knowledge and practical skills in operating forklifts.
- Good command of both English and Arabic languages for reading, writing, and communication.
- Proficient in digital tools for inventory management and database maintenance.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
