Job Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor specialized in swimming pool mechanical systems to join our team at a project site in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pool installations and maintenance, along with supervising teams and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the mechanical aspects of swimming pool projects including installation and maintenance activities.
• Supervise onsite manpower and manage day-to-day operations effectively.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and other teams to align work efforts.
• Monitor progress to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in swimming pool mechanical work, including practical knowledge of complex installations.
• Proven ability to supervise site activities and manage workforce efficiently.
• Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance tasks.
• Good understanding of related mechanical and civil construction activities.
• Availability to join immediately with No Objection Certificate (NOC).
