Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to the creation and enhancement of mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems through effective collaboration and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development process of various mechanical components and assemblies.
• Develop and update 2D and 3D CAD models utilizing software like SolidEdge and AutoCAD.
• Support senior engineering staff in prototype creation, testing phases, and mechanical system assessments.
• Engage in design review sessions offering innovative suggestions and potential improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and related documents accurately.
• Conduct fundamental engineering calculations including stress analysis, tolerance checks, and thermal considerations.
• Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement departments.
• Adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and codes ensuring compliance and quality.
• Provide assistance in resolving design and manufacturing challenges encountered during production.
