Mechanical Design Engineer

About the Role

Ayan Hydraulics, a prominent manufacturer specializing in Hydraulic Valve Testing Machines located in Ta. Daskroi, Kuha, Gujarat, India, is seeking a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer. This position involves creating mechanical designs and engineering drawings using CAD tools to support the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies for hydraulic valve testing equipment.
• Draft precise 2D technical drawings and 3D models utilizing AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
• Analyze and interpret engineering specifications and technical details.
• Generate manufacturing drawings highlighting dimensions, tolerances, and prepare bills of materials (BOM).
• Liaise with production and fabrication teams to ensure design implementation is efficient and accurate.
• Update and enhance existing machine designs as per evolving project needs.
• Keep thorough records and documentation of all engineering designs.
• Guarantee that all designs adhere to quality standards and manufacturing practicability.

Candidate Profile

• Age range: 18 to 35 years.
• Gender: Male candidates.
• Educational qualification: Diploma.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Minimum of one year hands-on experience in mechanical design.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of engineering drawing principles and technical drafting.
• Experience with mechanical design and drafting, including 2D and 3D drawings.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 based on skills and prior experience.
