Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administration of corporate iOS and Android devices along with managing mobile applications on Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) through Microsoft Intune.
• Oversee management processes for company-owned mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms.
• Perform device enrollment and setup via Android and Apple Business Management tools.
• Manage updates, patches, and deployment for corporate devices.
• Control certification profiles, including their deployment and troubleshooting.
• Enforce device compliance and apply configuration policies.
• Monitor security settings and ensure compliance standards.
• Distribute applications using App Store and Google Play platforms.
• Administer the Apple Volume Purchase Program.
• Create and manage app protection policies for BYOD mobile application management.

Requirements

• A minimum of ten years of experience in managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
• Proven experience migrating from System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to Microsoft Intune or SOTI platforms.
• Ability to automate workflows using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiar with co-management concepts and hybrid IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems deployment and packaging.
• Experienced in deploying and troubleshooting mobile device certificates.
• Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
