MDM Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MDM Developer with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience to join our team based in Kochi or Bangalore. The role requires working in a hybrid mode with virtual interviews, and candidates should be able to join immediately or within 20 days' notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, specifically with Reltio or Informatica platforms.
• Apply a thorough understanding of MDM principles including data modeling, match and merge rules, survivorship and cleanse rules, hierarchy management, metadata analysis, and governance of data stewardship.
• Integrate MDM systems with CRM and ERP platforms, handling data ingestion, outbound configurations, workflow management, and manual data merging, unmerging, and curation processes.
• Utilize advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation purposes.

Required Expertise

• Experience with customer master data operations, healthcare hierarchies, affiliations, and MDM entities such as Customer, Organization, Product, and Payer.
• Knowledge of GxP compliance and working within regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency using project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication abilities, strong stakeholder engagement, and analytical aptitude.
