Key Responsibilities

• Execute engine testing aligned with established test procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols.
• Prepare test beds, engines, tools, and instrumentation ahead of testing sessions.
• Carry out pre-test, test, and post-test procedures including system checks, adjustments, and proper shutdown processes.
• Continuously monitor engine parameters during tests, quickly identifying abnormal conditions or fault signals.
• Take appropriate action in response to alarms, fault codes, or deviations during testing.
• Precisely document test data, parameters, and outcomes in designated systems or logs.
• Support engineers and senior technicians with troubleshooting issues related to tests and equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct basic inspections and upkeep of test cell equipment and tooling to maintain operational integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in engine testing, test cell operations, production testing, or similar industrial testing environments.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including day and night hours, and availability for overtime when necessary.
• Capability to interpret and adhere to technical documentation, test procedures, and work instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of test instrumentation, sensor technologies, and data monitoring systems is advantageous.
