About Fort Bay La Sun Boutique Hotel

Fort Bay La Sun Boutique Hotel, located in Fort Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala, is a newly launched boutique hospitality property focused on delivering comfortable accommodations, personalized guest service, and quality experiences. The hotel is currently assembling a dedicated team to support both its pre-opening activities and daily operational functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks within the hotel premises.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and various hotel facilities to ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests originating from different hotel departments.
• Identify repair needs and report them accordingly for timely resolution.
• Maintain and organize basic tools and keep detailed maintenance records.
• Collaborate and coordinate with external service technicians as necessary to resolve complex maintenance issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in maintenance roles.
• Basic competency in electrical and plumbing systems.
• Strong practical skills in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively handle maintenance service requests.
• Possession of an ITI or other relevant technical certification is advantageous.
• Diploma in any specialization is eligible for application.

Salary and Employment Details

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Fort Kochi with a monthly salary range of INR 13,000 to 15,000.
