Role Overview

Arena Fitness Innovation is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Martial Arts Coach to join its Jeddah location. The successful candidate will possess a robust martial arts background in one or more disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or MMA, and will be adept at instructing both children and adults across various skill levels.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and high-quality martial arts training sessions to members.
• Coach and mentor clients of varying ages and abilities, including kids and adults.
• Conduct training in at least one or more following styles: BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and/or MMA.
• Maintain a training atmosphere that is safe, motivating, and professional.
• Assist members in enhancing their technique, fitness, strength, and martial arts competencies.
• Build and nurture positive and lasting relationships with members.
• Provide assistance during group sessions and individual training as needed.
• Adhere to Arena’s coaching protocols and contribute to creating an engaging environment for members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Martial Arts Coach or in a comparable coaching position.
• Strong expertise in one or more martial arts disciplines including but not limited to BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or MMA.
• Previous coaching experience with children and/or adults.
• Possession of relevant certifications in martial arts or coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, professional demeanor with a focus on member satisfaction.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Preference for candidates currently residing within Saudi Arabia.
