Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Aqua Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. The role involves leading engaging group workouts in a lively, supportive setting alongside colleagues who share your enthusiasm. Your background in fitness, especially personal and group training, will enable you to motivate participants safely and effectively as they work toward their fitness goals.

While a formal qualification for delivering world-class group workout programs is preferred, motivated candidates will have opportunities for development and certification support within our continuous learning framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead group workout sessions for various class sizes, maintaining participant engagement through dynamic instruction.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by focusing on their needs and providing personalized attention.
• Practice exemplary time management to deliver high-quality sessions reliably.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills by keeping up to date with industry trends and personal development.
• Adapt workouts to suit individuals of all fitness levels, ensuring inclusivity.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to operational procedures and safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness industry, particularly with group classes and personal training.
• Enthusiasm for engaging groups and ability to sustain attention and motivate participants.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team to uphold standards.
• A relevant qualification for group workout instruction is desirable; support for obtaining this qualification is available.
