Role Responsibilities

• Contribute actively within a team environment aimed at financial and culinary excellence
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and equipment
• Adhere to health and sanitation standards set by relevant agencies to ensure kitchen safety
• Support team efforts in sales and service success
• Help foster a clean, safe, and upbeat professional atmosphere
• Assist with kitchen prep tasks as available during slower periods

Requirements and Physical Demands

• Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds regularly
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, and kneel
• Must stand for the majority of the work shift
• Competence in handling equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicing devices, and wine keys
• Flexible scheduling to meet business needs
