Job Summary
As a Host/Hostess, you will play a crucial role in delivering a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest by embodying the island spirit and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes guests feel at ease and valued.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items related to food and beverages.
- Exemplify all hospitality protocols, including excellent telephone etiquette and greeting processes.
- Organize and ensure the host stand is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Regularly check and replenish restroom supplies while upholding cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to drive sales and deliver outstanding service.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, professional, and vibrant environment.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift or move items up to roughly 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling as part of daily duties.
- Stand for the majority of each shift to maintain guest service readiness.
- Competent in handling equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and related tools safely.
- Flexible availability as schedules depend on business needs.
