As a Marktleiter / Filialleiter (store manager), you will directly influence success by leading your local store team in Celle and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the professional, disciplinary, and operational management of your market in the Celle region, actively contributing to daily success.
• Support your team as a role model, offering guidance and managing staff scheduling following company standards.
• Maintain store organization and ensure product quality and freshness to create an excellent customer experience.
• Continuously monitor and manage key figures including sales, inventory, and personnel costs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail, ideally supplemented by relevant professional experience. Candidates with leadership experience from other sectors such as hospitality are also welcomed.
• A strong customer service orientation combined with commitment and responsibility.
• Willingness to contribute actively and flexibility to collaborate effectively with your team.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
