Key Responsibilities
- You will lead your assigned store at Celler Str. 8, 29690 Schwarmstedt, overseeing its professional, disciplinary, and organizational management while actively contributing hands-on to achieve success.
- Support and guide your team, serve as a role model, and create staff schedules compliant with company guidelines.
- Ensure store orderliness and delight customers with the quality and freshness of our product offerings.
- Monitor key performance indicators continuously, managing sales, inventory, and personnel costs.
Candidate Profile
- A successfully completed vocational training in retail is required, preferably accompanied by relevant professional experience. However, career changers with leadership experience in sectors like hospitality or gastronomy are also welcome.
- You are customer-oriented, dedicated, and responsible.
- You enjoy hands-on work, demonstrate flexibility, and foster team collaboration.
- You possess leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
