Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital part in elevating our Ruby Workspaces through inventive campaigns and keen insights for audience engagement. You will lead strategic efforts to attract new tenants, collaborate with creative teams to bring concepts to life, and build long-term partnerships to strengthen our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase visibility of Ruby Workspaces with creative campaigns and thoughtful promotions.
  • Develop targeted strategies for acquiring new tenants and oversee creative execution via social media, content teams, and designers.
  • Build and maintain strong, fitting partnerships to reinforce the community.
  • Bring the Rubyverse employer brand to life with well-planned campaigns and authentic communication.
  • Work alongside the Brand Events Team to organize memorable and engaging events.
  • Create and refresh marketing materials with attention to detail, ensuring clear, charming, and distinctive brand presentation.
  • Plan inspiring content for social media platforms focusing on Workspaces and Rubyverse.
  • Support corporate design, tone, and storytelling projects while providing training to uphold our corporate identity.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Approximately five years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Familiar with lifestyle brands, trends, and target audience nuances.
  • Proactive with accountability, driving projects beyond conventional approaches.
  • Skilled at translating creative ideas into effective and strategic initiatives such as employer branding campaigns and brand activations.
  • Strong communication abilities and excellent self-organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent communication in German (C-Level) and English (B2+).
