The client is a prominent FMCG distributor in the UAE, representing various international brands across channels such as Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-commerce, and HORECA sectors.

Job Overview

This role involves daily visits to multiple retail outlets to verify product availability and shelf presentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and monitoring field staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections at 15–20 supermarkets, hypermarkets, and grocery stores to assess product stock and display arrangements.
• Confirm that products are organized and showcased appropriately as per company protocols.
• Supervise sales representatives and merchandisers to guarantee adherence to company procedures and report any discrepancies.
• Identify out-of-stock items, document with photographs, and provide daily updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a valid UAE driving license and own a personal vehicle.
• Exhibit strong abilities in communication, coordination, and reporting.
• Demonstrate willingness to travel extensively throughout the Emirates and perform effectively within a dynamic, field-oriented setting.
• Prior experience in FMCG, merchandising, or field sales is advantageous.
