Female Lifeguard

About the Role and Employer

This position is for a Female Lifeguard at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel located in Abu Dhabi, blending traditional heritage with modern luxury and outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of pool and beach areas to uphold safety standards, including enforcing safety regulations and assessing environmental conditions such as weather and sea status to identify risks.
• Act promptly during emergencies by performing water rescues, administering First Aid and CPR, and liaising with hotel departments as necessary.
• Carry out regular inspections of pools, beaches, and lifesaving equipment, documenting any hazards, faults, or maintenance needs.
• Deliver courteous and professional assistance to guests, upholding high hospitality standards, and meticulously record incidents, inspections, and safety reports.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Lifeguard Certification is essential.
• At least two years of professional lifeguard experience, ideally within a hotel, resort, or beach setting.
• Excellent swimming skills, capability in water rescue, good physical fitness, and alertness are required.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills, combined with the ability to remain composed and act quickly in emergency situations.
