Role Overview

The Senior Waiter/Waitress will provide professional and personalized table service while upholding the standards associated with fine dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, tailored service to guests, ensuring adherence to premium restaurant and fine dining protocols.
• Accurately take orders, describe menu selections, suggest dishes and beverages, and increase sales through strategic upselling.
• Independently oversee designated dining sections, collaborating effectively with runners, junior waitstaff, kitchen, bar, and management teams.
• Foster strong guest relations, manage VIPs and special requests, and professionally address service concerns to guarantee superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least four years of professional experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress, preferably within prestigious or fine dining restaurants.
• Proficient English communication abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of fine dining service customs, including proper service sequence, menu presentation techniques, impeccable table service, and proficient upselling methods.
• Well-groomed, confident, customer-oriented approach, with experience managing VIP clientele and independently handling dining sections.
