Maps Data Moderator with Brazilian Portuguese

Work Model and Location

This full-time role is office-based at Dublin 3, East Point Business Park, working Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM.

Role Overview

The position involves ensuring business information on mapping platforms remains precise and current. Responsibilities include data validation, direct outreach to businesses to confirm details, and applying guidelines rigorously to uphold data quality. The role blends thorough research, customer communication, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic, detail-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mapping data to verify compliance with client policies.
• Conduct outbound calls primarily to businesses to confirm their data accuracy.
• Update client platforms utilizing collected verified information.
• Apply market knowledge to make informed decisions, resolve queries, and highlight data inconsistencies in accordance with established procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (minimum B2/C1 level) and English (B2+ level).
• Authorization to work in Ireland.
• Strong written and verbal communication aptitude focused on customer interaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Sheets.
• Skillful in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• High attention to detail paired with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to operate independently under pressure.
• Comfortable working within a multicultural workplace.
