Work Environment and Schedule

This full-time position requires working onsite at Dublin 3, East Point Business Park. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 12 AM.

Role Overview

The position entails ensuring the accuracy and currency of business information on mapping platforms. The role involves verifying data through research, direct communication with businesses, and reviewing client guidelines to maintain high-quality content and resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Examining maps data to ensure alignment with client policies.
• Contacting businesses primarily through outbound calls to confirm their information.
• Updating client platforms with verified data.
• Making informed decisions using market-specific knowledge and resolving queries by identifying discrepancies according to established policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Mexican Spanish at minimum B2/C1 level and English at B2+ level.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for customer engagement.
• Competency in MS Office suite and Google Sheets.
• Capability to develop and sustain solid customer and vendor relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate under deadlines and independently.
• Comfort working within a diverse, multicultural work setting.
