Role Overview

The AOIML Implant Assembly Line utilizes automated manufacturing processes including cutting, inspecting, labeling, assembling, and sealing implant products. The Manufacturing Technician is essential to ensuring smooth line operation while maintaining stringent product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the loading and unloading of components necessary for the production line.
• Monitor equipment alarms and respond promptly to maintain uninterrupted and effective line performance.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering personnel and equipment vendors to diagnose and resolve operational issues, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure assembly of products complies with defined quality standards, customer specifications, and approved procedures.
• Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company compliance regulations.
• Execute assigned tasks accurately and efficiently to meet production and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of automated manufacturing or assembly lines.
• Strong dedication to quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating with engineering teams and external vendors.
• Capability to follow detailed instructions and uphold high craftsmanship standards.
• Focus on improving productivity, accuracy, and ongoing process optimization.
