Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our Final Assembly nightshift team, ensuring safety, quality, delivery deadlines, and workforce performance align with company standards, including oversight of eShepeard assembly processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role involves managing personnel, resources, training efforts, and production workflows to meet customer demands efficiently and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing processes to achieve production goals and maintain quality and customer delivery commitments.
• Manage labor allocation, skill deployment, and resources to enhance productivity and operational performance.
• Set clear performance expectations, guide team members, and acknowledge accomplishments.
• Support employee training, skill development, and continuous professional growth opportunities.
• Adjust resource distribution proactively to meet changing production priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Lead by example in maintaining health, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Stores, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flows and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing, production, or operational setting, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
• Skilled in leading, coaching, and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to foster positive business relationships.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools, production systems, and manufacturing performance metrics is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and waste reduction practices.
• Practical and decisive problem solver capable of working well under pressure.
• Hands-on leader willing to actively support the team when necessary.
• Energetic, resilient, and proactively approaches challenges with a positive mindset.
