Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Operative reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be essential to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality production output. You will operate manufacturing, processing, and packaging equipment while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food manufacturing, processing, and packaging machinery efficiently and safely.
• Comply consistently with safety protocols, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.
• Record quality checks and production data accurately using digital systems.
• Support various production line activities and collaborate within a diverse team setting.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, or food processing fields.
• Strong dedication to workplace safety and quality.
• Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts including mornings and afternoons.
• Adaptable to working across multiple production areas.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with quality and production systems; TPM experience advantageous but not mandatory.
