Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager for Transfer Pricing within our Tax Advisory division to join us at the earliest opportunity. This role involves advising multinational corporations on optimizing their tax strategies, assisting with the establishment of robust processes, and overseeing projects related to Operational Transfer Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate transfer pricing requirements and harmonize them with VAT regulations and customs procedures.
  • Implement tax-related transfer pricing demands into ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with PwC local teams in 157 countries to design, execute, and document cross-border transfer pricing frameworks.
  • Evaluate intangible assets, model pricing and negotiation processes, and defend these assessments before tax authorities.
  • Lead projects including the redesign of transfer pricing systems aligned with business strategies and analyze consolidated margins across the entire value chain.

Candidate Profile

  • You hold a degree in economics, business administration, economic informatics, or law, and seek to apply your expertise in a global tax context. Ideally, you have passed your tax advisor examination or are currently undergoing it.
  • You possess at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in transfer pricing or operational controlling, coupled with strong accounting knowledge.
  • You have enthusiasm for an interdisciplinary and international tax role intersecting with corporate management, controlling, and accounting across various specializations.
  • Your solid analytical skills enable you to swiftly process complex tax-related scenarios.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English complete your profile.
