Job description
Role Overview
This position involves supporting the leadership and execution of the Sentinel Programme, a youth talent development initiative under the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating Sentinel Programme activities efficiently.
- Designing and implementing branding and promotional campaigns to increase programme visibility.
- Conducting data analysis to evaluate the performance of the programme and participating students.
- Analyzing programme outcomes and proposing enhancements to achieve stated objectives.
- Assisting with vendor relations and contract oversight.
- Maintaining strong relationships with programme stakeholders.
Challenges
Managing and executing a large-scale, public-facing programme presents operational and strategic challenges.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably educated in Computer Science or Data Science.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience.
- Proficient project management, planning and organizational abilities.
- Solid skills in data analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
