Job description
Role Overview
This temporary position supports the Programmes Implementation and Management team with various operational and program management tasks related to workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with programme partners to collect and analyze survey submissions.
- Conduct thorough validations on programme enrolment data and coordinate with partners to facilitate data sharing.
- Verify and authenticate claims documents from programme partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and prevent duplicate programme enrolments by a single client to avoid double funding.
- Screen applicants against a blacklist to restrict ineligible enrolments.
- Address jobseeker appeals and provide feedback utilizing AI tools like Pair and SmartCompose.
- Operate Robotic Process Automation bots and leverage additional automation technologies.
- Create and manage jobseeker profiles within internal systems.
- Carry out evidence validation for claims submitted by programme partners.
- Engage directly with jobseekers during career events to verify eligibility and arrange coaching sessions.
- Compile and deliver reports and updates to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Strong proficiency in AI applications such as Pair and SmartCompose.
- Experienced with automation software like Plumber for workflow management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
- Excellent communication abilities for liaison with both internal teams and external partners including jobseekers.
- Prior exposure to data visualization techniques and Robotic Process Automation is beneficial.
- Detail-focused approach ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Capable of working independently while maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders.
