Role Responsibilities

• Ensure preparation and management of key export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other necessary export paperwork.
• Oversee duty drawback protocols and enforce compliance with EXIM regulations, including handling DGFT, ICEGATE, CHA coordination, RoDTEP, and related statutory documents.
• Manage and supervise logistics operations such as receiving, packaging, and dispatching to guarantee timely and secure shipment deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners like freight forwarders, transporters, and governmental bodies to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with Custom House Agents (CHA) and coordinate to achieve efficient and cost-effective logistics practices.
• Negotiate service terms to optimize operational costs while ensuring service quality across logistics functions.
• Keep detailed records of shipment activities, associated costs, and timelines to maintain transparency and regulatory adherence.
• Implement continuous improvements to enhance on-time deliveries and reduce logistics expenses.
