Role Overview
The position of Manager, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) involves leading and managing all HSE-related initiatives and assigned personnel. This role requires coordination and delivery of HSE services and products to both operations and support teams, aligning with business acquisition and project execution demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of HSE initiatives and guide team members to meet functional objectives.
- Engage with regulatory authorities, clients, and subcontractors for negotiations and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee training programs, report preparation, quality control, and development and implementation of HSE plans.
- Integrate health standards from regulatory bodies to prevent occupational hazards and diseases on worksites.
- Accountable for the performance and outcomes of a function or its subgroup within the organization.
- Contribute to the formulation of functional strategy and may manage global processes and procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
Typically, candidates possess an undergraduate degree and have accumulated more than 9 years of professional experience in related fields.
