Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Manager - Fraud, based in Belgrade, Serbia. This role demands deep expertise in operational risk, fraud oversight, investigation processes, and operational assurance within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Lead and manage intricate investigations, performing thorough root cause analyses and applying corrective measures effectively.
• Analyze extensive datasets using advanced analytical tools to detect patterns, trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Design and implement monitoring systems, operational controls, and governance protocols to mitigate fraud risks.
• Communicate adeptly with a variety of stakeholders to transform business objectives into operational and technical strategies.
• Proven capability to establish new departmental functions, develop capabilities, and optimize processes.

Technical Proficiencies

• Advanced skills in querying languages and analytics software including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Preferred Sector Experience

• Background in online gaming, casino operations, compliance in gaming, fraud analytics, or environments governed by strict regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of casino game dynamics such as Return to Player (RTP), volatility, and player conduct.
• Experience conducting integrity verifications for games and investigating abnormal payouts, wins, and fraudulent activities.
• Familiarity with techniques such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, machine learning applications, and operational risk modeling.
• Capability in collaborating with gaming suppliers, platform operators, and regulatory bodies.
