About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is committed to revolutionizing the entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a seasoned and analytical expert to fill the position of Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis. This vital role involves contributing to the company's financial strategy through facilitating the planning process and delivering insights that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and management of the annual budget and forecasting cycles, ensuring all financial targets support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough variance analyses to assess monthly and quarterly financial results versus projections, highlighting trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Create and deliver financial reports and dashboards that clarify financial performance and aid strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with department heads to form detailed financial plans that underpin operational needs and strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the creation of financial models to assess investment prospects and long-term strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial laws and standards while ensuring precision and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to continually improve Qiddiya's financial planning initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced professional certifications like CMA, CPA, or CFA are advantageous.
  • At least seven years’ experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles, preferably involving large-scale projects or the entertainment sector.
  • Strong capability in financial modeling combined with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Outstanding analytical thinking, clear communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
