Manager - Finance Process Excellence with AI Expertise

About the Role

This opportunity involves leading transformative finance process improvements, with a strong emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence applications within key financial operations such as Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Report (RTR) including Fixed Assets (FA). You will be responsible for designing AI use cases, driving adoption of agentic AI and generative AI technologies, and collaborating closely with both finance and technical teams to architect efficient AI-enabled finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance process transformation initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing AI use cases within OTC, PTP, RTR, and FA processes.
• Design and deploy agentic AI and generative AI powered solutions as part of cross-functional teams involving AI and data experts.
• Translate complex finance requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams, acting as a bridge between finance subject matter experts and AI/engineering teams.
• Evaluate and iterate on AI model outputs concerning finance-specific applications, leveraging knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and tools like LangChain and AutoGen.
• Develop automation and integration designs including value case formulations to improve finance processes.
• Utilize low-code and no-code platforms during AI program design and development to accelerate deployment.
• Work with middleware API frameworks such as MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services to enable system integrations.
• Apply expertise across at least two finance towers, including OTC, PTP, and RTR, to ensure comprehensive process improvements.

Professional and Educational Qualifications

• Professional certifications or degrees such as CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, B.Tech, B.E, or Bachelors in Data Science from Tier 1 institutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration platforms such as CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis or Signavio.
• Proficiency in finance analytics platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of SOX, IFRS, and GAAP controls and compliance standards.
