Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Custom Software Engineer (Full Stack Enterprise Architect) in Mumbai to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI-driven solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and innovative applications integrating infrastructure, data, and platforms on multiple cloud providers, with an emphasis on Java Full Stack Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of AI-powered solutions applying Generative and Agentic AI to solve complex business problems, automate workflows, and embed intelligent insights.
- Create comprehensive enterprise architectures incorporating infrastructure, applications, data, and platforms across multi-cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Direct application development with a focus on scalable, full-stack solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Architect robust integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Develop strategies for multi-cloud application deployment ensuring portability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership on Java, .NET, Python backend systems and modern frontend frameworks like React and Angular.
- Embed GenAI/Agentic AI capabilities to enhance enterprise applications, leveraging predictive analytics and automation.
- Collaborate on infrastructure design including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security compliance within solutions.
- Engage stakeholders across product, development, DevOps, and business teams to translate requirements into effective technical implementations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, cloud computing, and full-stack development to promote continuous innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 18 years of experience, with 12 to 20+ years in enterprise architecture and 3 to 5 years as a full-stack architect specializing in application-intensive solutions.
- Strong Java Full Stack Development expertise is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, and Python backend technologies.
- Proficient with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of AI concepts, including Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
- Proficiency in integration patterns and technology stacks: REST, GraphQL, Kafka, message queues, microservices, and enterprise integration platforms like MuleSoft, TIBCO, or Apache Camel.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark and data integration pipelines.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure including containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless computing, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including continuous integration and deployment, monitoring, and logging.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security protocols including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills capable of guiding diverse teams and articulating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF are advantageous.
