This practice manages comprehensive end-to-end transformations, delivering impactful results via thought leadership, strong CXO connections, digital assets, and collaboration across Accenture’s businesses, including Technology and Operations.

  • CFO Value Strategies: Strategy creation to identify and capture enterprise-wide value, including mergers & acquisitions, investment decisions, and cost reduction programs.
  • Digital Finance Transformation: Enhancing finance functions by adopting intelligent automation (like RPA and AI), data analytics, and new operational models for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Tax Transformation: Evaluating and transforming tax functions, automating tax systems, and reshaping tax operating models.

Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will join a proficient team engaged both onsite with global clients and locally, contributing to sustained high performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing. Your primary duties include:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis to identify, evaluate, and solve complex business challenges within your domain.
  • Leveraging comprehensive finance process expertise including accounting, management reporting, and taxation to collaborate effectively with client teams.
  • Supporting clients in building capabilities that foster growth and innovation.
  • Developing actionable business cases and strategic plans grounded in deep functional, industry, and process knowledge.
  • Working within interdisciplinary teams to design, communicate, and execute solutions and programs.
  • Engaging with leadership for development of new offerings and assets aligned with evolving client needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with distinction—rank holder or first attempt pass in all groups of CA Final and PE II examinations.
  • At least 3 years’ experience at a reputed CA firm, specializing in taxation, bookkeeping, consolidation, close processes, audits, internal controls, and financial institution audits including risk assessment and client engagement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint—minimum 2 years of practical application.
  • Well-versed in finance processes with 2 to 3 years of foundational experience.

Additional Information

  • Location: Mumbai (also Gurgaon and Bangalore options available)
