We invite a skilled Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager to lead and shape enterprise-wide digital, AI, and strategic transformation initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, executive communication, and organizational change management at a large scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform strategic analyses, organizational assessments, and ideation workshops to uncover transformation opportunities and set strategic directions focusing on innovative digital and AI initiatives.
• Lead and support execution of digital transformation and AI programs targeting enhancements in employee productivity, workplace efficiency, digital adoption, and operational processes.
• Analyze emerging AI, automation, and digital technologies, monitoring latest industry trends to identify continuous innovation opportunities.
• Create high-impact executive presentations and communication materials conveying complex business and technology concepts clearly and concisely.
• Assist leadership in strategic discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions to ensure engagement and clarity.
• Collaborate across functions with leadership to align, implement, and drive adoption of strategic transformation projects throughout the organization.
• Manage organizational change initiatives, stakeholder communications, and progress tracking for digital tools and new working methods.

Qualifications and Skills

• Academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate or enterprise strategy, innovation, transformation, or similar roles.
• Exemplary skills in creating executive presentations using PowerPoint to deliver insightful and visually engaging strategic materials.
• Preferably experience in management consulting environment.
• Track record of working closely with senior executives and independently preparing executive-level presentations and materials.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capability.
• Proven involvement in leading or supporting strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or enterprise-wide change efforts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior leadership.
• Knowledge and familiarity with AI, Generative AI, digital transformation, and emerging technology trends.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project coordination competencies.
• Self-motivated with strong ownership, keen attention to detail, and adaptability.
