Role Summary
The Manager of the Digital Platform is responsible for overseeing the deployment, supervision, and upkeep of principal server operating systems and digital applications. The role demands ensuring the highest standards of security, system availability, and contingency planning across all assigned platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related IT fields.
- Minimum six years of relevant industry experience, ideally within a distinguished international banking institution, with expertise in Linux, Windows, Apache, WebLogic, OpenShift, and similar technologies.

- Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic, including proficiency in report writing.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Decisiveness with a proven capacity to initiate and carry tasks through completion.
- High levels of personal integrity coupled with effective self-management.
- Skillful in planning, organizing, and analytical thinking.
- Result-driven approach with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to engage with executives at various levels.
- Proficient with IT methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Knowledgeable about banking operations, procedures, transactions, and typical banking systems.
- Capability to lead and inspire culturally diverse teams.
- Experience handling multiple concurrent responsibilities.
- Familiarity with network and system design principles.
- Advanced competence in Microsoft Windows and internet technologies.
- Previous computer experience is mandatory; related certifications are advantageous.
- Skilled in crisis management.
