Job Purpose

The role supports Senior Managers in the Strategy Project Management Office (PMO) in overseeing, steering, and tracking various projects to ensure their successful completion within defined timeframes, budgets, and scopes. Responsibilities include aiding in the preparation of continuous and ad hoc management reporting related to all planned and ongoing projects, managing day-to-day PMO operations for all group projects, and promoting the organization-wide use of project management methodologies, tools, processes, and templates.

Qualifications and Experience

Required is a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in business administration, finance, or sciences. Candidates must be Qatari nationals with at least two years of professional experience. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince II or PMP is preferable, as is relevant certification. Prior exposure to strategy consulting or experience within a respected international financial services organization is a strong asset. The role demands strong analytical, numerical, and evaluative capabilities, alongside high methodological and conceptual skills.
