Manager - Defence Relations (Digital and Intelligence Service)

Role Overview

This position involves planning and carrying out multilateral and bilateral Defence Relations (DR) events, working closely with stakeholders within the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) and other military services.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and implement Defence Relations engagement activities such as visits from foreign partners, courtesy calls, and other related events.
• Manage logistical and administrative aspects to ensure seamless delivery of DR programmes.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to align DR programme objectives and requirements.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic conditions to guarantee effective execution of DR events.
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders in planning and executing DR activities.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred educational background includes Social Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Sociology, Geography, or similar disciplines.
• Prior experience or knowledge in international relations and/or proficiency in a foreign language is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
