Key Responsibilities

• Oversee applied psychological research projects from conception to completion.
• Deliver professional psychological support to boost organisational readiness and efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and administer multiple research assignments.
• Guide and mentor junior personnel engaged in research activities, potentially stepping into leadership roles.
• Use psychological expertise to drive organisational enhancements.
• Perform and interpret psychological research relevant to the ministry's objectives.
• Keep abreast of the newest trends and advancements in applied psychology.

Candidate Requirements

• Academic qualification in Psychology.
• Strong aptitude for conducting applied psychological research.
• Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of organisational psychology concepts.
• Proficiency in designing research and employing appropriate methodologies.
• Membership in the Singapore Psychological Society is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Open to applicants without prior professional experience.
