Position Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to join DCM as a Manager of Data & Analytics. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives to develop and execute the organizational Data & Analytics strategy aligned with digital and IT innovation goals set by senior leadership. The manager will drive product development mindset for data analytics, ensuring scalable and reliable data solutions integrated into business workflows such as CRM and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion data strategy and roadmap in line with IT and digitalization plans.
• Lead product development ensuring analytical outputs are treated as scalable business products.
• Build, mentor, and manage a skilled team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and BI Developers promoting innovation and data literacy.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies like AI/ML tools, cloud platforms, and data visualization solutions.
• Oversee design and optimization of cloud data platforms for scalability, performance, and cost management.
• Manage ETL/ELT pipelines integrating diverse data sources into a centralized data warehouse.
• Implement best practices for data modelling, focusing on dimensional modelling and data marts for efficient reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with IT governance to enforce data quality, metadata management, lineage tracking, and regulatory compliance.
• Own the corporate business intelligence platforms including user access and performance management.
• Provide analytical consulting to business units, translating their needs into clear data requirements and success metrics.
• Promote self-service BI and data literacy through training and certified data sources.
• Lead statistical and machine learning projects ensuring clear communication of outcomes to diverse audiences.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative disciplines.
• At least 7 years of relevant data and analytics experience, including 3+ years in managing technical teams and data infrastructures.
• Proficiency with Cloud Data Warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or AWS Redshift.
• Strong skills in SQL, data modelling, and ETL/ELT tools including Fivetran, DBT, or Informatica.
• Experienced in business intelligence technologies like Power BI and Tableau.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills capable of simplifying complex technical information for all audiences.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities through data and successfully transition analytics from concept to production.
