About the Role
This permanent position based in Vancouver, BC involves delivering tax advisory services to both private and public sector companies. Working collaboratively within a team, you will provide expert advice focused on effective tax management strategies. Key tasks include preparing and overseeing income tax returns for a variety of entities (corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals), analyzing tax provisions, and drafting opinions and documentation to support clients.

Candidate Profile
- Holding an undergraduate degree, with an accounting designation considered an advantage;
- Possessing a master’s degree specializing in taxation or having completed/enrolled in the CICA In-Depth Tax Course;
- Bringing 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Canadian tax;
- Experienced in project problem-solving, solution development, client communication, facilitating decision-making, documentation, managing client expectations, and leading teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $140,000 annually, with eligibility for participation in a bonus program. Compensation practices are competitive and equitable, reflecting individual contributions and market benchmarks.
