Management Trainee Programme Overview

The structured 18-month Management Trainee Programme is crafted to develop promising talents into future professionals and leaders within Sika. This accelerated learning initiative fuses hands-on training, formal education, mentoring, coaching, and project involvement to progressively build your technical knowledge, business understanding, and leadership abilities.

As a Trainee, you will be assigned to a sponsoring department, following a customized learning path aligned with your function. You will deepen your expertise in your department while engaging in company-wide learning activities and cross-functional projects designed to enrich your professional growth.

The programme is divided into three developmental stages, each defined by specific learning goals, competency achievements, and regular performance assessments to ensure continuous progress. Expert mentors and company leaders will support you throughout your journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to three years of applicable work experience are welcome to apply
• Strong academic record complemented by extracurricular activities is advantageous
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, data analytics tools, programming, or other digital platforms is a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel and engage in cross-functional assignments during and after the programme
