You will lead the MOS adoption throughout the organization, ensuring that new methodologies are embraced, durable, and contribute tangible operational value.
This opportunity offers a significant influence on the operational workflows of one of New Zealand's largest networks, helping to shape systems and frameworks that enable consistent, successful delivery every day.
Key Responsibilities

You have a natural ability to understand how complex elements fit together to form a bigger picture. You thrive on structuring complexity, designing applicable solutions, and facilitating effective teamwork. Your background includes experience in crafting and applying operating models, management operating systems, or similar frameworks within multifaceted operational environments. Comfort in switching between strategic planning and hands-on implementation is essential, as is the ability to convert concepts into practical, sustainable working methods that achieve measurable results.
