Position Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee and sustain process flows for a defined workstream, ensuring efficient completion according to established standards.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and utilize 'swarm' teamwork strategies to optimize effectiveness.
• Lead operational and stock management by directing the team in accurately completing routines, filling shelves, managing deliveries, and adhering to quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and leadership to team members, fostering a safe and healthy workplace.
• Maintain store standards by ensuring evening shifts fill shelves correctly, prioritize shelf-friendly packaging, and handle overstocks effectively.
• Proactively identify and escalate process issues to the Function Lead for timely resolution.
• Serve as Acting Store Manager during assigned shifts and actively engage in "Better Together" initiatives to strengthen team collaboration.
• Work schedule includes the ability to undertake four weekend shifts monthly and at least one evening shift weekly.

• Demonstrated expertise in process excellence and a desire for ongoing learning and improvement.
• Strong ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and other functions.
• Effective leadership skills, including task delegation, progress monitoring, coaching, providing feedback, and team motivation.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance within the operational function and excellent communication skills to clearly convey tasks and standards.
