Responsibilities
- Lead Akamai's Cloud Computing strategic vision and promote its value among customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans that integrate market expansion, partnerships, and product innovation.
- Manage customer engagements that highlight Akamai's unique services across all enterprise levels.
- Work alongside Sales and Pre-Sales leadership to craft and execute opportunity plans tailored to major enterprise clients.
- Gain and apply deep expertise in Cloud Computing technologies, product advancement, and go-to-market strategies to spearhead Cloud Computing initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5 to 8 years of experience in Cloud Services sales within the B2B enterprise sector, focusing on infrastructure or software solutions.
- Have solid understanding of both current and emerging cloud technologies.
- Skilled in partnering with customers and collaborators to identify and develop sales prospects.
- Capable of applying innovative sales methodologies that challenge standard approaches and deliver distinctive customer experiences.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Exhibit high ethical standards, strong integrity, and determination.
