Job Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests within a 72-hour timeframe
- Perform emergency maintenance duties on an on-call basis
- Conduct maintenance and cosmetic touch-ups in vacant units following prescribed standards
- Maintain general upkeep of common areas and building facilities
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to coordinate turnover suite inspections
- Carry out preventative maintenance inspections and generate related reports
- Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Assist with snow removal tasks as needed
- Support other tasks and provide assistance to different sites when required
Experience and Education
- Minimum of two years experience in maintenance services is essential
- Three years of renovation experience is considered an advantage
Technical and Other Qualifications
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with technology is advantageous
- Must possess all required tools as specified (provided during interview)
- Physically able to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting
- Capability to safely maneuver loads up to 90kg using proper equipment
- Strong aptitude for resolving maintenance issues effectively on the first attempt
- High dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Positive mindset, enthusiastic, and assertive demeanor
- Valid driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle are mandatory
