Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of common areas including building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry and garbage rooms, and amenity spaces.
• Clean vacant apartments and perform suite touch-ups.
• Manage interior and exterior garbage collection.
• Support snow removal and perform touch-up painting when necessary.
• Manage inventory accurately and ensure proper upkeep of cleaning equipment.
• Assist with other duties and help at different sites as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of cleaning experience.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic technology skills are beneficial.

Physical and Personal Requirements

• Capable of standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 90 kg with suitable equipment for up to eight hours daily.
• Strong dedication to excellent customer service.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates a positive demeanor and enthusiastic attitude.

Additional Conditions

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Terms and Application Process

This role is a one-year contract with potential for extension.
