Key Responsibilities
- Execute corrective breakdown maintenance and preventive servicing on plant machinery and facilities to identify root causes and address them effectively.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory for essential equipment efficiently.
- Enhance machine performance and ensure detailed documentation is maintained.
- Provide after-hours support for urgent machine recovery in callback situations.
- Comply with company standards including Ethics & Compliance, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), and Quality programs.
- Engage actively in EH&S, Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CORE) initiatives within the workplace.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Minimum education: NITEC diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Preferred experience: At least 2 years in machinery maintenance and repairs; candidates without experience are welcome as training will be provided.
- Ability to comprehend and follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Hands-on aptitude for operating machinery, equipment, and tools with manual dexterity.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset toward handling change and working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills making you an effective team member.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and perform overtime as required.
